WHAT: Event Setup Crew Volunteer
WHEN: Sunday December 23rd. Two Shifts Available: 12:00PM to 5:00PM, 5:00PM to 9:00PM
WHERE: Downtown Dallas Omni Hotel
Are you a hard worker? Do you have a humble spirit? Are you willing to work behind the scenes far from the spotlight? Are you willing to do whatever it takes to get the event ready for our 500 homeless guests? Did you ever work on the advance crew for a Rock Band? Are you age 21 or over?
If you answered yes to most/some/all of the above questions, then you are a natural fit to be on the Event Setup Crew!!!
The Event Setup Crew is a group of hardy men AND women (21 or over) who aren’t afraid of getting their hands dirty and have true ‘Servants Hearts.’
You could be doing anything from rolling out the Red Carpet, unloading trucks, putting gifts in the rooms of our homeless guests, helping set up the ballroom, answering phones and even propping up the SoupMan if he starts to falter!
And when it’s all over, you will know in your heart that your advance efforts helped give 500 precious homeless people the most magical Christmas of their lives!
